I had a dream where I was reminded of young spry days and it was sad and nostalgic and I don&#8217;t know what all else, and this poem came out as a way to cope. Pretty much any strong emotion in my life tries to go to (and stay in) overwhelm\/despair, which is rather annoying LOL. I truly have been learning practically how to return to joy from my strong emotions, which has been a huge blessing for me and those around me.
